Ajusted Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Ajusted, a free size translation tool for women's jeans operated by ARIMAW Inc., a company incorporated in Quebec, Canada ("Ajusted", "we", "us"). They cover our website at https://getajusted.com, our size tool at ajusted.pages.dev, our service at api.getajusted.com, and the Ajusted connector for AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude.

By using Ajusted, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What Ajusted Does

You tell us one pair of women's jeans that fits you (the brand and the size). We tell you which size to consider at another brand, with a confidence level and notes about the waist and hip.

Our answers are based on each brand's official body size chart. For some brands we do not have an instant answer and instead reply by email after checking the listing by hand, if you ask us to.

Ajusted is free. You do not need an account.

Our Size Answers Are Estimates

A size recommendation from Ajusted is an estimate to help you decide. It is not a guarantee that a garment will fit.

• Fit depends on things a size chart does not capture, such as fabric, stretch, cut, and how you like your jeans to feel.
• Brands change their size charts and sizing can vary between styles from the same brand.
• We check each chart before adding it, but we may make mistakes and a chart may be out of date.

You are responsible for your own purchase decisions. Always check the retailer's own size information and return policy before you buy. We are not responsible for the cost of any purchase, return, exchange or shipping.

We Are Not the Brands

Ajusted is independent. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of the brands or retailers we cover. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products whose sizes we translate.

We do not sell clothing. When you follow a link to a retailer, your purchase is between you and that retailer.

Using Ajusted Fairly

You agree not to:

• use Ajusted for anything unlawful;
• copy, scrape or bulk-extract our size data, or use automated tools to send large numbers of requests, without our written permission;
• interfere with the service, try to get around its limits, or try to access systems or data you are not meant to access;
• submit someone else's email address or personal information without their permission.

Normal use of the Ajusted connector through an AI assistant is welcome. We may limit or block use that puts the service at risk or breaks these terms.

Emails

If you give us your email address, we use it only as described in our Privacy Policy: to send the size you asked for, and to check in after your jeans arrive if you agreed to that. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Your Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. It forms part of these terms.

Using Ajusted Through an AI Assistant

If you use Ajusted inside an AI assistant, that assistant is provided by another company under its own terms and privacy policy. The assistant decides how to present our answer, and we are not responsible for anything it adds, changes or leaves out.

Our Content

The Ajusted name, logo, website, software, and the way we have compiled and organized size information belong to ARIMAW Inc. You may use Ajusted for your own personal shopping. You may not resell it or present it as your own.

Changes and Availability

We are a small team and Ajusted is still growing. We may add, change or remove brands and features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We may stop offering Ajusted at any time.

Disclaimer

Ajusted is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, about its accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limit of Our Liability

To the extent the law allows, ARIMAW Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from a purchase you make after using Ajusted, including the cost of items that do not fit. Because Ajusted is free, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to 50 Canadian dollars.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived, including under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act where it applies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Quebec, in the district of Montreal, unless consumer protection law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using Ajusted after a change, you accept the updated terms.
